I am a Behavioral Scientist, Psychotherapist and Business Mentor who has walked the path and I am passionate about helping women like you feel less alone, less exhausted, and more empowered.
From Survival Mode to Self-Leadership
There have been a few rock bottoms that brought me to therapy; but one in particular changed everything.
It happened early in my career. I’d just landed my first job out of university—a role that, from the outside, looked impressive and promising. It ticked all the boxes: stability, status, the “next logical step.” Friends and family were proud. I should have been proud, too. But inside, I felt deeply unsettled.
The environment was chaotic and unsafe. I had been abused by a client, and instead of receiving support, I was expected to keep going. To “be professional.” To not make a fuss. My nervous system, already stretched thin by years of people-pleasing and perfectionism, finally broke down.
I remember waking up every morning with a pit in my stomach, my heart racing before I even got out of bed. My mouth was dry. I wasn’t sleeping. I was constantly wired, living in survival mode—hypervigilant, anxious, and completely disconnected from what I actually wanted. On the surface, I looked functional. Smiling. Achieving. But inside, I was collapsing.
That was my rock bottom—the moment I realized I couldn’t keep living according to what looked good from the outside while abandoning what felt true on the inside.
The Work That Changed Everything
Therapy became my way back.
At first, I went because I was anxious. Constantly on edge. Trying to hold everything together while quietly falling apart. But therapy showed me that my anxiety wasn’t the problem; it was the messenger. Beneath it were layers of over functioning, self-abandonment, and a nervous system that had been in survival mode for years.
Through the therapeutic process, I began to unpack all of it; my values, my needs, my boundaries, my patterns in relationships. I learned that stability, predictability, and safety weren’t luxuries, they were necessities and that my worth was not something to be earned through performance, but something I could reclaim through self-compassion and honesty.
The relief and transformation I felt from that work were profound. For the first time, I experienced what it meant to feel calm in my body, connected in my relationships, and aligned in my life. That healing lit something up in me—I knew I wanted to help other women experience the same.
Discovering the Missing Piece
When I went on to study psychotherapy, I explored many different approaches, searching for the one that captured the depth of what had helped me most. That’s when I discovered Parts Work- also known as Internal Family Systems or inner child work; something I had never experienced before.
It was the missing piece.
Parts Work gave language to the inner dynamics I’d always felt—the high-achieving, perfectionistic part that kept pushing no matter the cost, and the younger, tender parts that never felt safe or enough. It helped me understand that healing isn’t about erasing these parts; it’s about building a compassionate relationship with them.
This approach didn’t just make sense; it worked. It offered the next level of healing I had been searching for. And when I began to use it with clients, many said the same thing:
“I’ve done therapy before, but this feels different.”
Because it is. It doesn’t just change how you think- it transforms how you feel and relate to yourself at a core level.
Building a Life and Business That Feel Like Me
As I healed and integrated these parts of myself, I realized that alignment wasn’t just something to practice in the therapy room- it needed to extend into my whole life.
That realization led me to entrepreneurship.
Starting my own businesses in the wellbeing space was a declaration of self-trust. It allowed me to live life on my terms; to honour my nervous system, my values, and my creative flow. It gave me the freedom to build something that supported me instead of draining me.
And what I discovered along the way is that authenticity is magnetic. When I stopped performing and started leading from wholeness, everything began to align; my work, my energy, and even my success.
Entrepreneurship became an extension of my healing: a way to lead, create, and serve from a place of grounded confidence and deep alignment.
My Work Today
Today, I combine psychotherapy, Parts Work, and business mentoring to help high-striving women untangle the deeper patterns that keep them in overdrive—and guide them toward a life and business that truly feel like theirs.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or that quiet sense that something still feels “off,” our work together can help you move from self-pressure to self-leadership.
Because healing isn’t about slowing down or shrinking your ambition—it’s about leading it differently.
It’s about building a life that feels as good as it looks.
What I Believe
✨ You don’t need to fix your ambition—you just need to understand the parts of you that are driving it.
✨ Rest isn’t laziness. Sometimes it’s the bravest thing you can do.
✨ Your nervous system isn’t a problem to be solved—it’s a guide to be listened to.
✨ You can build a life
A Different Way of Working with Women
I began my career supporting young people at just 19, learning quickly that honesty, warmth, and equality were the foundations of meaningful connection.
The more real I was, the more others felt safe to be real with me.
That same down-to-earth, human-first approach continues to shape how I support my clients today - particularly high-achieving, self-critical women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and redefine success on their own terms.
I am passionate about supporting women like you because I am you; or at least, I’ve been there.
I know what it’s like to:
Appear capable on the outside but feel lost inside
Chase goals while ignoring your body’s need for rest
Feel like you need to be perfect to be enough
Silently carry the weight of “never doing or being quite enough”
And I know that it’s possible to live differently.
Through therapy, I didn’t become someone else — I came home to myself.
That’s what I now help other women do.
How I Work
I’m not here to fix you — because you’re not broken.
I'm not a "healer" working from a position of power. Instead, I believe healing happens through collaboration, connection, and deep trust.
My work is:
Strength-based — We focus on what’s working and what’s possible
Collaborative — You are the expert on you
Relational — The relationship we build is central to everything we do
Direct and grounded — I’m real with my clients, and they value that
Outcome-focused — When you’re ready, I support you to set and reach goals that matter
Above all, I bring compassion, clarity, and honesty — because that’s what changed things for me, and I know it can change things for you, too.
Credentials meet lived experience here.
I’m intuitive, dedicated, and deeply passionate about holistic wellbeing.
But more than that, I’ve lived the hustle. I’ve done the inner work. And I continue to do it - because I believe in walking the talk.
If you’re a high-performing, high-capacity woman who’s tired of silently carrying the load and ready to feel more like yourself again…
You’re in the right place.
