I am a Behavioral Scientist, Psychotherapist and Business Mentor who has walked the path — and I am passionate about helping women like you feel less alone, less exhausted, and more empowered.

As a high-striving woman, entrepreneur, and someone who once believed that pushing harder was the answer to everything, I know firsthand how deeply perfectionism, self-doubt, and burnout can dilute your sense of self.

For much of my own journey into adulthood, I wrestled with big questions:
Who am I? What do I want? Where am I going?
These anxieties weren’t quieted by over-achievement or productivity — they were only truly soothed through connection.

Connection to like-minded, real humans.
Connection to an experienced, grounded therapist.
And connection to my own mind and body — through movement, nature, and deep self-reflection.

Therapy changed and inspired me.

It was the genuine vulnerability of older, wiser women — mentors, therapists, and teachers — who showed me what was possible. Their openness allowed me to be more open with myself about what I really believed, valued and wanted.

Combined with my innate curiosity and love of learning, I was led into studies in Journalism and Behavioural Science, and eventually a Master’s in Counselling.

A Different Way of Working with Women

I began my career supporting young people at just 19, learning quickly that honesty, warmth, and equality were the foundations of meaningful connection.

The more real I was, the more others felt safe to be real with me.

That same down-to-earth, human-first approach continues to shape how I support my clients today — particularly high-achieving, self-critical women who are ready to reconnect with themselves and redefine success on their own terms.

I am passionate about supporting women like you because I am you — or at least, I’ve been there.
I know what it’s like to:

  • Appear capable on the outside but feel lost inside

  • Chase goals while ignoring your body’s need for rest

  • Feel like you need to be perfect to be enough

  • Silently carry the weight of “never doing or being quite enough”

And I know that it’s possible to live differently.

Through therapy, I didn’t become someone else — I came home to myself.
That’s what I now help other women do.
